Manufacturing Excellence Manager
Are you ready to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites? Do you enjoy working hands-on in factories, guiding leaders and teams through transformation and building capability where it really matters? Join us and help shape World Class Suply Chain at scale across our Health & Medical operations.
About the Role
This is a regional role based in Europe with extensive international travel, typically around 50% of the time, especially during the initial phase. You will collaborate closely with Operations Directors and leadership teams across our Health & Medical manufacturing network, covering key locations such as Germany, France, Sweden, Mexico, and Colombia.
As Manufacturing Excellence Manager within our Health & Medical Business Unit, you will play a key role in deploying and strengthening TPM roadmap across a global network of manufacturing sites. Acting as a trusted advisor and hands-on change agent, you will work directly with Site Managers, Operations Leaders, and functional directors to embed TPM and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor.
What You Will Do
-
TPM Implementation: Lead and support the operational deployment of TPM across assigned manufacturing sites, ensuring practical, shop-floor–driven execution aligned with business priorities.
-
Site Coaching: Coach Site Managers, Operations Leaders, and leadership teams on TPM standards, behaviors, and roadmap milestones.
-
Maturity & Certification: Guide factories through TPM maturity stages and certification levels, JIPM style audits and milestone assessments.
-
Hands-on Factory Support: Work directly on-site with production, quality, and functional teams to identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and strengthen standard execution.
-
Capability Building: Transfer continuous improvement knowledge and best practices, building sustainable capability and local ownership within site organizations.
-
Health Checks & Benchmarking: Conduct regular implementation health checks, benchmark sites, and support best practice sharing and reapplication across the network.
Who You Are
-
University degree in Engineering, Process, Production, or a related discipline.
-
5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments, with strong exposure to factory operations and multi-site organizations.
-
Proven hands-on experience implementing TPM from an operational perspective; experience guiding factories through maturity milestones and JIPM certification levels is a strong advantage.
-
Strong leadership and influencing capability, combined with effective communication, advanced problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and a coaching mindset to develop leaders and teams on the shop floor.
-
Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage.
-
Previous experience on designing and deploying Digitalization roadmap is highly valued
