**About the Role聽**
In this role, you will support Compensation & Benefits activities across聽East Europe and DACH countries, working closely with HR stakeholders in an international environment. The role is聽offering hands-on exposure to compensation analytics, regional projects, and global HR initiatives, including pay transparency. You will be part of a company that values learning, collaboration, and responsible business practices.聽
The role is offered on a聽12鈥憁onth fixed-term contract.

**What You Will Do聽**

Compensation & benefits analysis:聽Prepare and deliver data-driven analyses to support HR and management decision-making across multiple countries聽

C&B processes:聽Support annual and ad-hoc compensation processes such as merit and bonus cycles聽

Market benchmarking:聽Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to ensure competitive and compliant reward structures聽

Pay transparency & equity:聽Contribute to pay equity analyses, works council materials, and global or regional pay transparency initiatives聽

Data quality & audits:聽Run country-level C&B data audits and support continuous improvement of HR data quality聽

Benefits administration support:聽Assist with the administration of local benefit programs in line with policies and guidelines聽

HR projects:聽Participate聽in regional and local C&B or HR-related projects, adapting to evolving business priorities聽
**Who You Are聽**

A bachelor鈥檚 degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience聽

Initial professional experience in HR; prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits is an advantage

Fluent聽English, used as the main working language in an international, matrix environment聽

Advanced聽Excel skills聽and confidence working with data and analytical reports聽

A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities聽

General understanding of HR-related topics (e.g. core HR processes, employee lifecycle, rewards, or data-driven HR decision-making) and curiosity to further develop expertise
