As a Control Tower Officer, you are responsible for monitoring special transports and providing technical assistance as a core activity.
What does this mean specifically:

Monitors the company's special shipments;

Monitors cargo on all possible transport routes: roads / train / boat;

Monitors technical problems and/or accidents in traffic, providing support and assistance;

Monitor fuel levels and manage the consumption of refrigeration aggregates;

Manage the alarms generated by the system as soon as possible, respecting all working procedures and instructions in place;
