Role Mission
To expertly lead and execute exclusive culinary and wine experiences (Interactive Cooking Class, Food Tours, and Wine Tastings), consistently ensuring a professional, memorable, and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities (Leadership & Service Focus):
Experience Leadership & Execution**:**
Lead the Interactive Cooking Class from the market visit (Bolh茫o Market) to the in-hotel preparation of Portuguese tapas.
Conduct the Guided Food Tour through the city, including market stops and selected local spots.
Host the Wine & Port Wine Experiences, providing expert knowledge on the pairings and presentation of premium wines and Port.
Professional Guest Engagement: Act as the expert and cultural ambassador, leading dynamic discussions, offering detailed cultural insights, and proactively ensuring a highly personalized service for every guest.
Quality Assurance & Logistics: Guarantee the seamless logistical execution of all experiences, including ingredient sourcing, set up, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
Sales & Promotion: Gently promote other experiences offerings and proactively gather guest feedback to ensure continuous improvement in our experience program.
Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in customer service and tourism.

Language Proficiency: advanced English is mandatory.

Knowledge of wines is a plus, but it is not mandatory.

Service & Leadership Skills: Exceptional public speaking, communication, and storytelling skills; proven ability to lead a group, manage time effectively, and maintain a polished demeanor under pressure.
