With a team of over 100 people across our locations in Kiel and Hamburg, we are building a global footwear brand that redefines style, comfort and modern aesthetics.
Our clear ambition: to scale from current mid eight-figure revenue to nine-figure revenue and establish Pammys internationally as a leading footwear brand. UGC and creative content are among our strongest growth levers – and for the Dutch market, we are looking for reinforcement.
That's why we are looking for a UGC Creator Manager / Social Media Manager – Netherlands (m/f/d) who takes ownership of UGC content and social media for the Dutch market and helps shape the next stage of Pammys.
Your mission

You take full ownership of the Dutch market and manage all projects related to content, UGC and communication

You identify, contact and manage UGC creators from the Netherlands and organise their content productions

You coordinate videos, images and briefings between the Creative Team, freelancers and the Performance Marketing team

You support the translation and localisation of the website, product texts and advertising assets into Dutch
-
You create culturally relevant briefings for UGC creators, influencers and external partners – content that feels Dutch, not just translated

You ensure that all creative deadlines are met and that sufficient content is available for ongoing marketing campaigns

You work closely with our Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing team and Content team

You continuously bring in new ideas, trends and cultural insights from the Dutch market
Your profile

You have a completed degree – ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field

You bring experience in UGC management, social media content or creator relations – ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment

You are a native Dutch speaker with an authentic understanding of the Dutch market – you know what resonates with Dutch consumers and what doesn't

You live and breathe TikTok and Instagram and have a natural sense for what content performs and why

You can brief creators clearly and motivationally – and know how to turn an average video into a strong creative

You are organised, reliable and keep the overview – even when managing many creators and projects at the same time

You are a strong communicator, proactive and not afraid to step in front of the camera yourself for tutorials and guidelines

You have an eye for quality, trends and detail – and the ambition to constantly improve content output

You have excellent English skills; German is a plus but not required
