Job Description:
As a Senior Martech Solution Consultant, you define the technical direction of large-scale personalisation ambitions and customer experience transformations. You translate future-state ambitions into concrete technical architectures, covering platform choices, integrations, delivery sequencing, and execution approaches.
To do so, you assess complex existing martech landscapes and design future-state architectures that enable advanced personalisation, decision-making, and orchestration capabilities across marketing, sales, and service. From there, you lead vendor scenario analysis and selection and translate architectural choices into phased roadmaps and high-level implementation plans.
You act as the architectural authority and sparring partner for senior business and IT stakeholders, working closely with strategy consultants, business analysts, and project managers to bridge vision and execution.
What You Will Do

Assess existing Martech platforms, integrations, and architectural constraints

Design future-state technical and solution architectures that drive new capabilities

Translate strategic use cases into platform, vendor, and capability implications

Compare and recommend architecture and vendor scenarios

Support vendor evaluation and selection with clear trade-offs and recommendations
-
Define implementation roadmaps and high-level delivery approaches

Provide architectural guidance and decision support across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders

Embed AI capabilities and implications into the overall vision, architecture, and roadmap

Clearly communicate architectural decisions and their impact to senior stakeholders
AI & Personalisation Perspective
AI is an integral part of this role: not as a bolt-on, but as a driver of future vision, strategic concepts, and roadmap decisions. You help clients understand how AI reshapes personalisation, decision-making, and time-to-value.
You guide clients from experimentation toward structural, scalable AI adoption within their Martech landscape.
Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of experience in Martech, CX, digital architecture, or technology consulting

Strong experience with enterprise Martech platforms such as:
-
Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Customer 360)
-
Adobe (Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Analytics)
-
Braze or comparable engagement platforms
-
Proven experience translating future-state vision into technical architecture, roadmaps, and implementation approaches
-
Experience with vendor selection, road mapping, and implementation planning
-
Strong understanding of data, identity, orchestration, and integration concepts
-
Strong analytical skills to assess solution scenarios across technology, organisation, skills, and operating models
-
Experience guiding clients through complex architecture and transformation decisions

Trusted advisor to senior IT stakeholders, architects, and business leaders
-
Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
-
Able to clearly explain architectural decisions and consequences to non-technical audiences

Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-driven, with a strong consulting mindset

Platform-agnostic with the ability to focus on capabilities rather than tools
