What will you do?
Integrated Media Strategy and Planning
-
Develop effective and award‑winning integrated media strategies and plans by understanding client ambitions, brand purpose & positioning, challenges, target audiences, industry dynamics, and cultural context;

Lead (or co‑lead with the Integrated Media Strategy Director) the strategic thinking, holistic planning, and development/execution of media ideas;
-
Assess client briefings and translate them into clear, strategic, and actionable integrated media plans;
-
Translate insights into ideas and actions, guide specialists, oversee execution, and ensure robust measurement;
-
Evaluate plans and briefings for effectiveness and confidently present integrated media plans to clients;
-
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless implementation;
-
Take ownership (independent or shared) of client management related to integrated media strategy, planning, and evaluation;
-
Oversee campaign process management and understand all client‑specific details;
-
Support new business and pitch processes across media, data‑driven, and branded content initiatives.
Strategic Thinking & Leadership

Demonstrate strong knowledge of client brands, brand value, consumer insights, and motivations;
-
Translate measurable business objectives into integrated media communication goals;
-
Develop strategies and tactics across all media disciplines;
-
Evaluate media opportunities and provide sound, insight‑driven recommendations;
-
Identify business development opportunities within existing clients and prospects.
Client & Internal Relationships
-
Act as the primary contact for integrated media strategy and planning for key clients;
-
Build trusted relationships by delivering innovative and ambitious integrated media plans that create business value;
-
Ensure timely briefings for specialists and alignment of all output with client expectations;
-
Play a key role in pitches with market‑leading, insight‑driven responses.
What do we expect from you?

Strong understanding of the media landscape and multiple channels in both brand building and performance marketing;
-
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to craft innovative integrated media solutions;
-
Analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools;
-
High level of numeracy and literacy;
-
Strong command of English;
-
Crucially: significant digital media experience is essential.
Additionally, you bring:
-
3-5+ years of experience in a similar or commercial role (agency or client side);
-
Experience advising complex (international) clients in a digital context;
-
Strong communication and presentation skills;
-
A passion for media and consumer behaviour.
