Drive business development with strategic customers across the Nordics region

Identify, develop, and manage large projects (standard and customized power supply solution opportunities)

Own complex sales cycles from early opportunity scouting to project award and revenue realization

Coordinate technical and commercial activities with internal teams, including FAE and R&D

Build and execute account and project strategies aligned with regional and EMEA objectives

Develop and maintain a robust, qualified sales funnel with clear conversion plans

Promote the Delta Power Supply portfolio and enable cross-business growth opportunities

Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with internal policies

Ensure accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and project tracking

Travel across the Nordics and internationally as required, minimum 40%
