This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, as well as leading, coaching, and managing the team to achieve company sales targets. The position holds overall accountability for the success of the responsible business area, ensuring oversight of business operations in Southern Europe.

Develop and execute an effective sub-regional sales strategy, with clear vision and actionable plans across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.

Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, partners, end operators, and key suppliers; strengthen existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve higher levels of performance.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement, while building a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.

Drive and support cross-selling initiatives across Southern Europe.
