Glovo is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you鈥檒l work alongside UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering鈥攁ll collaborating to drive cohesive, user-centered solutions.
As a Senior Product Designer, you鈥檒l shape the user experience and visual language of our mobile app and website, translating design goals and product requirements into compelling, intuitive interfaces. You鈥檒l partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop engaging and effective user experiences, ensuring consistency and innovation. In our environment of trust, constructive feedback, and flexibility, you鈥檒l also mentor junior designers, fostering collaboration and elevating design quality across the team. You will also contribute and effectively utilize our Design System.

Proactively build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to identify, prioritize, plan and execute efficient and engaging user experiences with high-impact.

Own and facilitate the entire design process from hypothesis to implementation and everything that entails, championing empathy for our users and letting their needs guide your solutions.聽

Interpret and distill complex requirements and insights, facilitate collaborative workshops and use frameworks to produce multiple concepts and prototypes, testing them with our end users in order to fail fast and learn quickly聽聽
