We are on the lookout for a Manager, People Systems (Workday Talent Management & Total Rewards) to join the People Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As the Manager of People Systems, you won’t just be managing a backlog; you’ll be the architect of our Talent and Total Rewards ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team of "Workday Wizards" to build seamless, scalable, and automated experiences. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable in the weeds of configuration one hour and presenting a forward-looking AI roadmap to Brand CHROs the next.

Strategic Ownership: Lead the end-to-end configuration and strategy for Workday Talent Management, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of 4 expert Individual Contributors. You’ll guide their technical growth while ensuring the team delivers at pace. You will be responsible for instilling a culture of continuous improvement, constantly refining configurations to ensure peak system performance, uncompromising data quality, and a superior end-user experience.

Rapid Prototyping & Innovation: Don’t just talk about it—build it. You’ll create POCs and MVPs to demo "the art of the possible" for Talent and Total Rewards process flows.

AI Champion: Stay ahead of the curve by proactively demoing and championing the rollout of native Workday AI features. Beyond the platform, you will act as a subject matter expert who brings external market best practices and emerging HR tech trends into our configuration standards, ensuring our ecosystem is modern, competitive, and future-proof.

Stakeholder Partnership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Senior Stakeholders (including Brand CHROs) and Product Managers to translate business needs into technical reality.

Process Harmonization: Act as a forcing function for simplicity. You will push for global harmonization of processes to reduce complexity and technical debt.

Hands-on Excellence: While this is a leadership role, you aren’t afraid to get "hands-on" with complex calculated fields, performance templates, and calibration configurations when the situation demands it.

Roadmap Planning: Own the long-term roadmap. You’ll move the team from reactive tickets to forward-looking, proactive system evolution.

Navigating Ambiguity: Successfully cut through the noise and speak up as a devil’s advocate to ensure the best outcomes for the platform and the business.
