We are on the lookout for a Director, Pricing (APAC & Europe) to join the **Marketing Team **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Pricing & Subscription.
The Pricing team at Delivery Hero is at the forefront of shaping our global strategy and growth agenda. We are a dynamic, analytical team of pricing analysts and experts who work hand in hand with product managers, data analysts, and data scientists in our product organization. We partner across the organization, including teams in marketing, product, logistics, commercial, and finance, to define and execute pricing strategies that balance profitability, affordability, and market leadership across our diverse global operations.
As the Director of Pricing at Delivery Hero, you will be responsible for defining and executing pricing strategy across 3 of our brands in APAC and EU, owning the fee structure for millions of our users. You will lead the development of our pricing roadmap, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, data/analytics, and management teams to maximize business value while enhancing Delivery Hero's price perception. You will also play a central role in crafting the global strategy for the group, leveraging strong operational experience to inform scalable global solutions. This is a key leadership role for Delivery Hero with high exposure to C-level and a significant opportunity to impact the overall business. You will:

Define and execute the pricing strategy for 15+ markets across our APAC and EU businesses, covering our Foodora, Foodpanda, and Yemeksepti brands

Drive new strategic and innovative pricing initiatives to improve overall global pricing strategy, operations, experimentation, and tooling – including integration of AI and automation solutions

Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining a fair and competitive price perception

Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across cross functional teams and local markets

Guide user-facing product feature developments required to communicate our fees in the consumer app

Own accurate target setting and achievement of the customer fee P&L line items, on the order of hundreds of millions of Euros

Manage a team of ~10 pricing managers and analysts, ensuring strong cross functional alignment with other global and regional teams
