The Restaurant Vendor Onboarding Design Manager (EU + TR) will be responsible for driving the process, performance & escalations for vendors' onboarding journey once the acquisition team signs up a vendor. Acting as the bridge between strategy, process and execution, this role will work closely with local markets, COEs and cross-functional teams to standardize best practices, improve vendor onboarding SLA and journey.聽

Main responsibilities

Own end-to-end restaurant Onboarding Process & Performance across EU & TR (QC to Activation)

Track and improve key Onboarding KPIs

Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to accelerate vendor Onboarding Journey

Design and scale standardized Onboarding processes across markets

Lead automation of key workflows in partnership with relevant teams

Establish clear governance and accountability between COE, BPO, AE and local market teams

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor Onboarding Journey and Experience

Pilot and scale high-impact initiatives to continuously improve Onboarding performance
