Your Mission

Train and develop store managers to the next level

Identify key areas of improvement together with the Operational Excellence team.

Collaborate closely with the Country Operations Manager and set the priorities for the upcoming period.

Establish operational flow by co-creating clear SOPs and implementing performance tracking to drive continuous improvement. This is achieved through frequent store visits and active mentorship, ensuring store managers have the structure and support needed to maintain a high-performing environment.聽
