Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022, a new vertical that helps our partners deliver orders created in their own channels (website, phone, application) via Glovo’s fleet. As an On-Demand Country Lead, you will be the lead in Portugal for growing the On-Demand business.
THE JOURNEY

Be the country manager for logistics as a service - this primarily means sales and account management, but you will also have a role 360* role and help to coordinate financial control and profitability, operational needs, necessary tech developments/ adaptations, etc.

Manage a small team of junior account managers and salespeople

Act as the bridge between the local AM team and On-Demand HQ

Prioritize top accounts in each country, identify the solutions that each partner needs (working closely with local AMs), and develop an action plan for how to target and pitch them. Build proposals and lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties

Share feedback from partners with product and operations teams to generate improvements

Monitor financials in the country: pricing strategy, implementation costs, and continuous profitability through operation costs and recurrent sales
