We are looking for an **HR Operations Administrator **to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related issues. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in HR processes, organized, and be able to handle various administrative tasks on time.

What you’ll do:

Drive onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare HR Documents (contracts, forms etc.)

Reply to employees’ queries about HR operations-related issues

Ensure compliance with Public services requirements

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Organize, maintain and update employee records in a timely manner

Responsible for handling the absences of employees

Assist with payroll administration by preparing monthly reports with payroll data (leaves, sickness, overtimes)
