The Finance Director for Hungary is responsible for leading all financial operations, providing strategic and financial leadership, and ensuring full compliance with local and global standards. As a key member of the country leadership team, the FD acts as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and regional leadership, driving financial performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

- Financial Leadership & Strategy

Lead the development and execution of Hungary鈥檚 financial strategy in alignment with corporate and regional objectives.

Act as a key business partner to the Country Managing Director and leadership team, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.

Support long-term planning and business transformation initiatives to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and insights to management and regional stakeholders.

Analyze financial results, identify performance drivers, and recommend actions to optimize KPIs (e.g., pricing, margin, cost efficiency).
- Financial Operations, Control & Compliance

Lead all finance functions, including Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payments and Procurement.

Ensure full compliance with local regulatory, tax, and legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of financial governance.

Oversee audits, statutory filings, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and risk mitigation.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to support operational and strategic objectives.
