THE JOURNEY

Support Account Management Team in daily collaboration with Food Partners.

Prepare reports and performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

Conduct outreach to Partners (email, phone, in-app messages) — e.g. to recommend Ads activation, follow up on performance or share promotional opportunities.

Create and maintain operational files and dashboards in Google Sheets.

Prepare presentations, business reviews, and recommendations for Partners (Ads, promotions, upsell, retention actions, operations).

Monitor competitor and category trends; collect market insights and industry news.

Assist in preparing internal documentation and materials that improve our operational excellence.
