Your mission
Most demand gen roles ask you to build the machine from scratch. This one does not. Datamaran has been in ESG since 2014, before it was a category, and some of the world's largest companies, Bridgestone, Dell, Cisco, Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo and NTT Data, use our platform to make ESG work for their strategy.
Our go-to-market motion is already in place. Channels are activated, account-based programs are running, the BDR rhythm is set, and real pipeline is coming through every month. What we need is one person who picks all of that up and runs with it, end to end, so we can deepen what works and add what is missing.
In this role, you will:

Own pipeline generation across paid search, paid social and third-party advertising, with a clear monthly target and a clear segment focus

Run multiple campaigns in parallel from concept to brief to launch to reporting, on a six to twelve week horizon

Build out account-based motions for priority verticals, working closely with sales on named-account coverage

Partner daily with our BDR team on meetings booked, follow-up, and what is converting

Write the on-brand copy that ties the work together, from ad creative to landing page to nurture sequence
Your profile
You will thrive here if you:

Have at least five years in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts with ACVs around €50K and sales cycles of six to twelve months

Have run full-funnel programs end to end, from concept and brief through launch, reporting and iteration, not handed off from another team

Use HubSpot, Salesforce and modern outbound tooling like Clay in your day-to-day work, not just at the briefing level

Write your own copy and trust your instinct on what lands with senior buyers in legal, compliance, risk or sustainability

Have run account-based programs alongside sales and BDRs, and bring a clear point of view on what works and what does not

Bring real interest in ESG, sustainability, regulatory or compliance topics, even if you are not yet an expert

Get energy from acting fast on your own judgement and from running a program as if you were spending your own budget

You sit with the wider marketing team at our Leeuwarden hub, and partner daily with the BDR team in London on meetings booked and follow-up. Small enough that you genuinely matter, big enough that you have support when you need it.

The reward. Base €53,000 to €66,000, plus 5% pension contribution via Bright, €100/month health insurance contribution, €75/month fitness allowance, 25 days PTO with our yearly closure between Christmas and New Year, and fully reimbursed commuting.
