After 11 years of strong growth, Commuty is structuring its sales organization to reach a new stage of growth in Belgium and internationally.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join its Sales / Customer Success team, which includes both direct and indirect sales profiles. Your main objective will be to grow the revenue of an existing client portfolio & handle partners by generating new opportunities
You will be responsible for following the pipeline generated by following channels:
Cross-sell & Upsell

Define and implement growth strategies for your client accounts and their international subsidiaries

Lead upsell, and cross-sell initiatives across your portfolio of client accounts

generate and develop a strong sales pipeline

Achieve cross-sell and upsell sales targets
Partners Management

Work closely with system integrators and distribution partners on your accounts

Build and maintain detailed account mappings for key accounts

Generate and develop a strong partnership community and pipeline
Collaboration & Client engagement
To be successful in this role, it will also be important to

Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Owner and the Business Development team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Meet Key clients regularly on-site to build strong relationships with champions and key decision-makers

Attend networking events to strengthen relationships and expand your professional network

Gather and share client feedback on the product to support continuous improvement by the technical teams

Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot), including opportunities and client interactions
