We are looking for a **motivated Intern in Planning / Global Supply Planning **to join our team in Belgium and support key planning and supply chain initiatives with real business impact.

What will you work on?
During your internship, you will actively support the Global Supply Planning / Planning COE team and get exposure to a wide range of supply chain topics, including:

Supporting Supply Chain and Planning projects in an international environment

Assisting with S&OP / IBP transformation activities (meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking)

Reviewing and following up on key planning KPIs (Inventory, Market Expected Lead Times, alignment, performance tracking, executive roll‑ups)

Helping define and improve reporting templates and analytical outputs
-
Performing data analysis and preparing clear, concise presentations
-
Supporting inventory management processes and related documentation
-
Contributing to process improvements across planning and supply chain activities
-
Collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams, including Business and IT

Who are we looking for?

You are a university student (Bachelor or Master) in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Engineering or a related field
-
You have a strong interest in planning, supply chain and process improvement
-
You are analytical, organized and proactive, with a problem‑solving mindset
-
You are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (and ideally Power BI); no macro development required

You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
-
You enjoy working in an international, collaborative environment
Knowledge of supply chain principles, ERP systems or planning processes is a plus, but not a requirement.

Duration: minimum 3 months, ideally 6–12 months (depending on availability)

Working hours: full‑time or part‑time (to be agreed based on duration and study requirements)
