Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and committed HR Co-ordinator to assist in all aspects of the employee life-cycle for Europe. This position will partner closely with the HR Managers to support a wide variety of HR operations across EMEAR. The HR Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring that administration associated with all aspects of HR operations for Europe are delivered in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Assist the HR Managers in EMEAR with New Hires and the Onboarding process

Assist the HR Managers in EMEAR with Offboarding processes.

Responsible for ensuring accuracy of our HRIS in Workday for all of EMEAR
-
Create and maintain robust HR processes and procedures that support the HR vision
-
Proactively identify challenges and build, effective, scalable and lasting solutions
-
Receive and coordinate monthly payroll incidents.

Manage periodic medical examinations and general and specific job training to the employees.

Manage the company's car lease process.

Responsible for monitoring employee probation periods and following established processes

Assist the HR Managers in EMEAR and Management on HR/Employee Relations issues

Assist the HR Managers in EMEAR with the merit review process in Europe working closely with peers in other regions to ensure a consistent approach

Prepare HR reports for Management and Finance

Work with the HR Managers in EMEAR on enrolment and maintaining the benefit programs in Europe

Partner with the HR Managers EMEAR to deliver HR programs in a complex and matrixed business environment

Maintain efficiencies and effectiveness in varying work pattern and environment, being flexible when circumstances and/or priorities are changing

Sustain excellent interpersonal skills within the organization from Corporate, Line Managers to Employees

Assist in rollout of new policies to ensure a smooth transition for management and employees

Manage and maintain a secure file system for accuracy, compliance and confidentiality

Create HR documentation from templates e.g. offers, termination letters etc.
Education, Experience, Skills
-
HR Bachelor or equivalent.
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HR Admin.
-
Knowledge of Labour regulations in Italy and Spain.
-
Some knowledge of European Employment Law and working practices would be beneficial.

Experience of using a HRIS system is a must, even better if it is Workday.

Accuracy, good understanding of data, ability to keep track and follow-up when necessary.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure and respond quickly in a fast-paced, heavily distributed remote work force

Able to work on multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation

Confident in their approach with the ability and desire to challenge the status quo

Able to demonstrate sound judgment, initiative and to accomplish duties in a timely manner

Ability to have meticulous attention to detail, have effective communication and writing skills

Desire to contribute to HR initiatives, potentially at a global level, working closely with peers in other regions as required

Ability to speak/read/write English, Italian. Spanish, a definite plus!

This is a full-time hybrid position, so a suitable home office is essential. Work from the office in Milán ones a week.
