Summary
Help drive Bühler’s internal communications agenda by supporting the development and implementation of clear, accessible, and engaging communication strategies. In close partnership with the Head of Corporate Communications, strengthen employee experience communications that connect employees to the company’s strategy, reinforce cultural alignment, and enable organizational change across a diverse, globally distributed workforce.
Job Responsibilities
You support the Head of Corporate Communications in developing and implementing the internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities, organizational change, and culture initiatives
You translate corporate strategy into employee-relevant narratives and dialogues that connect people to company direction
In partnership with HR, you design and execute change communication for major initiatives, including feedback mechanisms and listening strategies
You establish leadership cascade frameworks that ensure strategic messages consistently reach and resonate across all organizational levels
- You manage intranet strategy, content, and internal editorial calendar to ensure relevant, timely employee information
Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR, or in a related field combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or organizational change communications

Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to support organizational transformation
Experience in a corporate environment, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors as well as in communicating across diverse, geographically distributed employee
