We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Global Sales Controlling Team at our Nonantola plant.
The selected candidate will work closely with Sales, Finance, PRM, Logistics, and Controlling departments within an international and cross-functional environment, supporting commercial performance and strategic business initiatives.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and weekly reporting on revenues and Business Unit performance, consolidating data at Corporate level;

Analyze key sales KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities;

Support budgeting and sales forecasting processes through data analysis and reporting;

Coordinate and support Quarterly Business Reviews, including data collection and consolidation, meeting preparation, memos, reports, and board documentation;

Monitor the progress of specific projects and verify their conversion into actual business results;

Support the Sales Controlling team in new projects and business initiatives;

Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of shared information;

Prepare periodic analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making and sales performance monitoring.
