Your Role
As an Operations Engineer, you translate complex technical requirements into smart, manufacturable designs that balance quality, cost, and lead time — from concept to production. You are responsible for creating complete and production‑ready designs while continuously improving manufacturability and efficiency.
You work closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, and external partners, playing a key role in delivering reliable, high‑quality solutions to our customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Prepare & Analyze

Review specifications, standards, and planning data for completeness and accuracy

Identify missing or unclear information and coordinate solutions with stakeholders

Assess planned engineering work and timelines, and flag deviations proactively
Design & Engineer

Create and modify designs, calculations, drawings, manuals, and order documentation

Develop and maintain clear, optimized production documentation

Engineer cost‑effectively and actively propose design and process improvements

Participate in design and peer reviews (four‑eyes principle)

Release materials and components in SAP

Align technical details with customers, certification bodies, and internal teams

Evaluate change requests and assess technical and commercial impact

Manage and improve CAD libraries and engineering tools
Support & Collaborate

Support Sales with concept engineering, initial sketches, and technical input

Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and production processes
