Manage incoming HR requests through our ticketing system, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.

Process back-office HR tasks related to termination of employment/contract modification.

Maintain and update employee records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Provide administrative support, including printing, routing documents for signature, and maintaining filing systems.

Communicate and collaborate with HR Business Partners and employees - primarily via our ticketing system - to clarify requests and provide status updates.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant data protection and company policies.
