In this role, you will dedicate a significant portion of your time to two key areas: Tariff Classification (according to EU and non-EU schemes) and Export Control Classification.

As an Export Control, Sanctions, Tariff Classification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring BOSCH Group鈥檚 compliance with international trade regulations. Your expertise will help us navigate complex export control laws, classify goods and software, and manage sanctions regimes
馃殌** Your Impact:聽**

Perform tariff classification under EU and non-EU schemes.

Classify physical goods, software, and technology, with a focus on dual-use products, in accordance with EU, US, and other relevant export control regulations.

Conduct de-minimis calculations for US content.

Screen business partners against sanctioned-party lists.

Manage export licenses, sanctions, and exporter declarations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with evolving export control laws and other foreign trade regulations.
