Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design efficient workflows and processes (e2e).

Develop detailed documentation of end-to-end processes for eCommerce operations.

Prepare customer specification documents for SAP ERP implementation and integration and align it with respective Process Owner.

Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Create and maintain process standards and guidelines.

Provide training and support on new processes and systems.

Organize and coordinate test phases from e2e process perspective

Participate in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution environment.
