Your mission

We’re looking for a motivated (Senior) E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) to support the optimisation and day-to-day management of our Shopify stores across European markets. You’ll work closely with the team to improve user experience, execute campaigns, and contribute to conversion rate and other KPI optimisation.

Conduct and support the daily operations and performance of our Shopify stores.
Assist with UX improvements, including analytics tracking and A/B test execution.
Monitor key metrics (traffic, CVR, AOV) and contribute to data-driven optimizations.
Help analyse the impact of campaign and catalogue changes on performance and user behaviour.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation to ensure insights are accessible.
Maintain product listings, collections, and pricing.
Support the implementation of promotions and product launches.
Assist in integrating and managing tools, apps, and plugins with guidance from the development team.
Collaborate with CRM, Operations, Marketing, IT, Development, and Customer Service teams.
Support SEO efforts to ensure content is optimized and consistent.
Stay up to date with E-Commerce and D2C trends, tools, and best practices.

Your profile

2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, DTC, or digital environments.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and Google Analytics (GA4 is a plus).
Good understanding of UX principles and an interest in improving user journeys.
Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SEO.
Fluent in English; German, Spanish, French, or Dutch are a plus.
Analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics.
Curious problem-solver with a hands-on attitude and willingness to grow.
