To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with HRBP exposure to help us build high-performing, impact-driven teams.
In this role, you will own and drive hiring for commercial and marketing functions, primarily for Immoweb.. In addition, you will act as a trusted partner to the business on selected people's topics beyond hiring.
Your mission is to deliver high-quality, bar-raising hires at speed, while contributing to broader people strategy and supporting leaders in building strong, scalable teams.
What you will do
Own hiring end-to-end

Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer

Lead hiring for commercial and marketing roles

Drive structured and efficient processes to ensure speed and quality
Build and manage talent pipelines

Run proactive sourcing strategies (market mapping, target companies, key profiles)

Develop and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Benchmark salaries and stay close to market trends
Partner with the business (TA + HRBP scope)

Run weekly hiring governance with stakeholders

Align hiring priorities with business impact and team needs

Provide data-driven insights on talent supply, demand, and competition

Support people processes (e.g. onboarding, performance, development, retention)

Act as a sounding board for managers on people-related challenges
