As a System Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating system‑relevant activities focused on customer delivery. You will lead engineering teams, manage system resources, and ensure successful project implementation while maintaining communication with stakeholders and customers.
YOUR ROLE

Lead and manage system engineering teams to achieve project delivery goals and objectives

Strong technical guidance and customer interface for product system relevant discussions
-
Provide technical direction and leadership to ensure quality of deliverables
-
Secure system resources planning including required capacity and capability
-
Plan system activities in accordance with feature release plans
-
Plan and monitor system deliverables and resources using JIRA
-
Perform effort estimation and adapt for relevant project changes
-
Secure V-model compliance and status in close cooperation with requirement engineering
-
Analyze change requests for system scope
-
Troubleshoot and solve complex problems using methodologies such as 5Why, FTA, and Fishbone
-
Collaborate with customers to develop, review, and clarify requirements
-
Represent system competency in customer meetings
-
Secure technical communication with customers
-
Provide project status updates to upper management
-
Report on feature burn-down, requirements status, and ticket/problem status
-
Secure AI usage for requirements engineering
-
Forecast SYS engineering cost and expenses for Project
-
Assess System team capability and capacity - then provide training needs for successful project deliveries
YOUR BACKGROUND
-
Education: Master Degree
-
Deep understanding of system architecture, embedded systems and automotive electronics/software components
-
Ability to lead technical discussions and assess / adapt changes to technical specifications
-
Deep technical understanding of system design principles and ASPICE
-
Automotive industry background preferred
Required Skills
-
Strong ability to interact effectively with customers and upper management

Experience in leading and managing network projects and teams

Proficiency in JIRA for project management
-
Experience in using JIRA for project planning, tracking, and delivery management
-
Experience with requirements management tools, such as Polarion
-
Strong hardware and software understanding for embedded systems (SoCs, MCUs, interfaces, ADAS architectue)
-
High proficiency in requirements engineering, including requirements creation, decomposition, validation, and traceability
-
Technical depth in automotive electronics, AUTOSAR‑based software stacks, diagnostics, network communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and system integration
