DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation and execution of outgoing payments, in accordance to payment schedule and calendar defined

Monitoring of Payment robotics and identifying issues and errors

Proper postings related to payments in SAP system, also clearings of CIT account
-
Support Payments activities by :
-
Reviewing data, PTP accounts and reports provided by sites or other GBS departments
-
Execution of automated and manual payments in ERP system and through banking portals
-
Review and monitoring of payment proposals, making necessary amendments based on proper analysis of payables, vendor account balance or communication with sites or other departments
-
Review if payment requests fulfill all requirements including approvals
-
Monitor critical payments in accordance to country specifics
-
Audit of posted documents, posting of manual entries in ERP system
-
Analysis and providing information in area of payments or any other documents requested, i.e supporting audit queries
-
Set standing orders in banking system in accordance with incoming requests
-
Register payment activities in trackers to ensure proper documentation in the assigned system
-
Perform payment related activities according to defined KPIs
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
-
Good command of English language
-
Good command of other European language would be an asset
-
Experience in AP or accounting background would be an asset
-
Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
-
Ability to manage issues and seek resolution
-
Reliable, accurate in observing work instructions
-
Good communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to establish good relationships; intercultural competence
-
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
-
Degree in accounting/finance would be an asset
