Your Responsibilities
You’re the first point of contact for our customers—and their most important resource. You help them get the most out of aleno, whether by email or phone. Not as a help desk, but as a true partner in their processes and workflows.
You are responsible for:

Providing excellent support that turns our customers into true aleno pros—who really make the most of our software

Handling inquiries via email and phone calls, ensuring customer satisfaction through expert advice on processes and organization in their restaurant(s)

Collecting product feedback and passing it directly to the product team to create the greatest possible value for all customers

After successful onboarding, you’ll help shape our internal processes—from templates and workflows to training content
Your Profile

Experience in a role involving direct customer contact (e.g., customer support, customer success) in the tech industry

A technical aptitude and, ideally, some initial experience with AI automation

A positive attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset

Strong communication skills (fluent in both spoken and written English and German, at least C1 level)

Independence, reliability, and strong organizational skills are among your strengths

You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and enjoy learning new things

You have prior experience working with similar tools, such as HubSpot, Notion, Monday, JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspace

Passion for the restaurant and/or hospitality industry
