About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Offi ce & Facility Manager to support our day-to-day operations across two offi ce locations. In this varied role, you will take on real responsibility, act as a central point of coordination, and have the opportunity to shape and improve our offi ce processes within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities

Act as the go-to person for managing and tracking contracts regarding our suppliers for the office, ensuring proper documentation and storage

Coordinate with external suppliers and oversee related processes

Ensure compliance with office regulations and standards, and communicate requirements clearly internally and externally

Oversee operations across two office locations and ensure consistency

Coordinate front desk activities and assign maintenance and repair tasks to relevant personnel

Support and occasionally cover the front desk
