Industrialization Specialist
As an Industrialization Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing products and processes for stable, efficient, and repeatable serial production. Your main mission is to define standard production times, establish robust and repeatable working methods, and ensure a clear and structured overview of material usage in the production line. You will therefore play a vital role in the overall production readiness, ensuring predictable performance, productivity, and quality.

Plan and establish stable, repeatable, and standardized working methods

Plan, analyze, and maintain a clear overview of material usage in production lines

Support production readiness
-
Key contributor for conducting trial builds and first-time builds.
Main Responsibilities
-
Analyze, plan, and understand material usage and material flow in the production line
-
Plan and define standard work for production operations with production representatives
-
Perform time studies with production using MTM and/or REFA methodologies
-
Plan, execute and support line balancing activities to improve efficiency and productivity
-
Support and participate in trial assemblies and first-time builds
-
Identify improvement opportunities to reduce variation and increase productivity
-
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Process Technology Department, Product Development Engineers and Quality
Success Criteria

Proven production readiness for serial manufacturing
Qualifications

Hands-on experience from serial-manufacturing or industrial environments

Strong understanding of standard work, line balancing, and production systems
-
Ability to analyze technical drawings, time studies or data and translate them into practical production improvements

Experience with MTM and/or REFA time measurement methods
