We are looking for an analytically minded and proactive colleague who will bridge the areas of process management, quality management and digital tools. In this position, you will play a key role in optimizing processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and developing modern digital solutions across organizations. This role will offer you a lease to the Energy Industries division within the Quality Support team of EUOPC Ostrava.

Your role:
This role connects process analysis, quality management and the implementation of digital tools. The candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support business process optimization and support the organization through training, platform support and strategic process design. This role requires both analytical accuracy and exceptional stakeholder engagement.
You will be primarily responsible for:

Tool Specifications - Draft specifications for tool development and requirements specifications; facilitate approval and alignment with stakeholders

Select and apply comprehensive analytical methods to model processes, identify gaps/problem points/root causes, and uncover opportunities for improvement using digital technologies. Create high-quality Process Design Documents (PDDs)

Design, develop, and deliver user training materials; support implementation and provide ongoing user support

Gather, structure, and analyze quality from multiple sources to identify risks and nonconformities; Proactively monitor processes and systems

Manage Power Platform Quality applications - gather requirements, test, resolve issues, and administer production

Provide advice to super users and troubleshoot Quality tools
-
Proactively monitor processes and systems; perform data quality reviews
-
Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating across departments with business leaders, functional teams, data analysts, developers and users – drive improvement actions, support implementation of digital and AI tools and achieve measurable results while balancing process improvements with technological demonstrability and financial constraints.
Who we are looking for:

Candidate with secondary/university education

You communicate easily in English at level B2 or higher (mandatory); knowledge of Czech is an advantage

You are familiar with process mapping tools: Visio or equivalent

You have knowledge of advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)• Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) - proven experience

SharePoint-based document management and solutions

Power BI (user-level knowledge of reports and dashboards)

Azure DevOps (or equivalent project/issue tracking tools)

You are independent, structured and proactive with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities
