Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Product Owner to drive delivery of automation solutions in our Competence Delivery Center. As the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, you will own the product backlog and ensure that our automation products deliver maximum business value. You will collaborate closely with Solution Designers, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Operations teams to shape automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Role insights:

Owning, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog for your assigned stream.

Refining Potentials into Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, following the INVEST principle.

Ensuring automation ideas follow the product flow from Discovery to Optimizing.

Aligning requirements with stakeholders while balancing business value and technical feasibility.
-
Working with the Discovery Team on rapid assessments, cost–benefit analyses, and feasibility checks.
-
Defining and communicating MVPs to ensure fast delivery and early value realization.
-
Supporting teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.

Tracking KPIs and ensuring automations achieve the expected business outcomes.

Collaborating with the Testing Manager and Operations to ensure quality, compliance, and a smooth transition to RUN.

Actively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
What makes you unique:
-
University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
-
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile/SAFe environments.
-
Strong understanding of RPA and automation platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath, Camunda, Power Platform, TrustPortal, etc.).

Experience with Jira/Confluence and working with Agile delivery teams.

Ability to write clear User Stories and define acceptance criteria.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Analytical mindset and ability to prioritize based on business value (WSJF).

Fluency in English (German is a plus).
