Your daily routine would include:

Work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and co-create smart solutions.

Translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications for the development team.

Be part of an agile team from idea to launch, contributing your insights throughout the process.

Keep our customer journey smooth by analysing failed interactions, data inconsistencies, and recurring incidents — helping us fix root causes, not just symptoms.

A background or strong interest in IT and/or business processes — no formal degree required if you bring hands‑on experience and curiosity.

A good sense of quality and attention to detail.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Scrumban environments, using Jira and Confluence.

Initial experience with software testing or quality assurance.

Understanding of GDPR/data privacy topics.

Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, or cloud technologies.

Familiarity with the CRUD model and browser developer tools.

German skills for direct interactions with business teams.
