We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to establish and lead the Cyber Security function within A1’s international **Business Delivery Center, **
responsible for our business customers. As Head of Cyber Security, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our cyber security delivery capabilities across all A1 markets. This is a unique opportunity to build a critical function from the ground up and elevate it into a high-impact, cross-market capability that protects our customers, platforms, and operations.

Define and implement a group-wide cyber security delivery strategy, including organizational structure, governance, and operational processes.

Lead the transformation from decentralized local units to a centralized, cross-market cyber security delivery organization for **** all our business customers.

Build and manage a global cyber security delivery team across key domains: Enterprise Security Architecture, Security Operations Centers (SOCs), Security Engineering & Automation, Offensive Security & Red Teaming, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), **Security Consulting & Advisory Services. **

Own the full lifecycle of cyber and IoT security services - from design and delivery to continuous improvement and innovation.

Oversee and enhance managed security services to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Drive the integration of automation, AI, and threat intelligence to improve detection, response, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Product Management, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to align security with business and regulatory needs.

Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to service quality, threat response, operational maturity, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure alignment with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, SABSA) and compliance with standards and regulations (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR).
Your Profile

Longstanding experience in **cyber security leadership **managing cross-functional teams in complex environments, with a strong track record in service delivery and full lifecycle ownership

Proven expertise in building and managing cyber security delivery functions, including SOCs, security engineering, offensive security, and consulting teams

Deep understanding of managed security services, security architectures, GRC frameworks, and automation in security operations

Strong capability in defining and reporting on KPIs related to service efficiency, quality, and performance

Familiarity with key technology vendors and partners in the cyber security ecosystem

Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level); other languages are a plus

Willingness to travel occasionally across A1 Group markets

It is important to us that your salary reflects your qualifications and experience. It can exceed the collective agreement and starts at € 100,000 gross per year
including a 20% variable component, all-in.
