Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on operations professional to run and improve our hybrid data platforms: Cloudera on‑premise, Microsoft Azure as our public cloud, and Exoscale as our private cloud. You will monitor and support day‑to‑day operations, communicate with stakeholders, meet SLAs for incidents and requests, and contribute to future migrations and upgrades.
Role Insights:

Monitoring platform health, performance, and capacity.

Troubleshooting incidents and ensuring SLA compliance.

Managing workloads, access, and routine operational tasks (patching, backups, scheduling).
-
Supporting platform upgrades, migrations, and improvements.
-
Maintaining documentation, runbooks, and dashboards.
-
Contributing to automation and operational efficiency.
-
Ensuring security, compliance, and cost awareness across environments.
What Makes You Unique:
-
Experience in Platform Operations, DevOps, or SRE.
-
Hands-on experience with data platforms (Cloudera / Hadoop ecosystem – HDFS, YARN, Spark, Hive).

Solid experience with Azure services (VMs, storage, networking, monitoring).
-
Strong Linux and troubleshooting skills, plus scripting (Bash; Python is a plus).

Experience with monitoring & observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Azure Monitor).

Understanding of incident management processes (ITIL is a plus).

Good communication skills in English.
