** Boyan Tsanev is looking for a new team member.**
Your daily routine would include:
-
Ensure availability and stability of applications running on Kubernetes in a telco OSS context.
-
Own day-to-day operational health across all deployed workloads.
-
Act as primary interface between platform/infra teams and development squads.
-
Monitor application state, deployments, and resource consumption via Grafana dashboards.
-
Respond to alerts, investigate anomalies, and drive incidents to resolution.
-
Perform routine maintenance: upgrades, cert renewals, config changes.
-
Coordinate with internal teams during incidents.
-
Participate in on-call rotations.
-
Contribute to creating service documentation.
-
Work closely with platform engineers.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
-
You know how to monitor and manage cloud services (compute, storage, networking).
-
You are able to build and maintain Grafana dashboards for application and infra metrics.
-
You can query logs using Loki.
-
Write and tune alerting rules in Prometheus/Alertmanager.
-
Familiarity with CI tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent).
-
Manage application delivery pipelines via ArgoCD (Apps, AppSets, sync policies).
-
Write Bash/Python scripts for operational tasks and health checks.

Automate repetitive procedures.
