Role insights:
-
Administer, monitor and maintain the Billing system in operation within the required parameters (availability, performance).

Handle incidents (analyze logs, errors handling, finding resolutions or workarounds within the specified SLAs/OLAs).

Works with middleware technologies such as Tomcat and Apache webserver
-
Works closely with QA and Dev teams to coordinate on complex issues, product improvements, and feature rollouts.

Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
-
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
-
Develop tools/scripts to automate routine operational tasks.
-
Maintain system documentation.
-
Ability to take up on-call shifts.
-
Collaborate with respective departments and business units in the organization, such as Billing Infra and Application Teams and other relevant stakeholders.
What Makes You Unique:

University Degree in Informatics, Computer science or any equivalent qualification.
-
At least 2 years of professional experience in the Telecom Operations Support area.
-
Unix/Linux experience is a must.
-
SQL Knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL) is a must.
-
Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools is a plus.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Team-oriented and ready to take over responsibility.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
