Role Overview:
As an Accounting Business Process Expert, you will oversee accounting processes across multiple entities and serve as the key link between accounting teams and IT. Our work environment covers the entire A1 Telekom Austria Group. Our mission is the digitalization and further automation of accounting.
Role insights:

Create, redesign and document business processes in line with the applicable legal requirements and the strategic goals of the company.

Contribute to projects during their entire lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, go-live, hypercare). Support process-to-system adaptation and implement new functional requirements together with IT and business stakeholders.

Plan, coordinate and execute testing and data validation during system migrations and rollouts.

Drive harmonization of accounting processes and keep the Process Master Tree and user documentation up to date.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Practical experience with SAP FI/SD modules and/or strong accounting expertise.

Good process understanding and strong analytical skills.

Experience in SAP-focused projects (implementation, testing, rollout or support) is an advantage.

Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus.

Willingness to travel for workshops and rollouts.

Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.

Operational implementation experience and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Fast learner with the ability to analyse issues and deliver pragmatic solutions.
